Frequently asked questions about the SFI Global Growth Report

Q: What are the "enrollments" that are listed on the report?

The Global Growth Report lists both SFI affiliate and TripleClicks customer enrollments (people who have signed up as SFI affiliates and people who have signed up as TripleClicks members).

Q: Can I contact the people listed on the Global Growth Report?

Of the SFI affiliates and TripleClicks customers listed on the report, you can only contact SFI affiliates that you have personally sponsored. To contact your personally sponsored affiliates, refer to your Genealogy. NOTE: If your Genealogy does not contain any names, it means you have not yet sponsored any SFI affiliates.

Q: What about TripleClicks customers I've referred? How do I contact them?

We send you an e-mail notification you each time you refer a TripleClicks customer and you can also monitor your entire customer list and your customers' activities on your Customer Report. However, for privacy reasons, contacting TripleClicks customers is not allowed. NOTE: If your Customer Report does not contain any names, it means you have not yet referrred any TripleClicks customers.
